Car scratched and dented review - Scottsdale
My new car had been scratched and dented all down the passenger side. I took it to Preferred Collision Shop and they explained the entire estimate to me in great detail. They had it in the shop and completely repaired in no time! They even arranged a car rental for me. Thank you for the great service!

My brand new 2011 BMW M3 had major hail damage and deep scratches in the fender and the rear. I brought it to Preferred Collision and was shown nothing but professionalism. They walked me through their shop and showed me their processes to restore high end vehicles.

After the hail storm of October 2010,my truck looked like it had been park at the end of a driving range. These folks reviewed the insurance estimate and provided feedback about the anticipated work and expectation at the return of my truck. Throughout the process, they would give updates on the status of the repair. Although the work was done during the peak of the holiday season, the timeliness of the job was amazing. But, even more amazing was how the truck looked when returned to me.... better than new! That's right, I don't think when I drove the truck off the dealer lot that it looked as good. During a visit for an appointment, I was shown their garage, and was impressed! I had never seen a garage sparkle like theirs. The people were friendly and explained everything. The crew was very capable and prompt in their delivery of my car.
