Insurance Claims & Consumers Rights
Insurance claims and your consumer rights.

Arizona state law prohibits auto insurance companies from steering you to specific repair shops.
It is your right to choose the repair facility to perform repairs to your vehicle. No person or insurance company can tell you where to go.

You are not required to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal. No law requires you to get more than one appraisal or go to the insurance company’s drive-in claim center to obtain an estimate. You may leave your vehicle at our shop and ask the insurance company to inspect your vehicle here. This reduces repair time by allowing us to perform a complete tear down before the insurance company arrives. We can then review all damage thoroughly with the insurance company the first time and minimize the need for re-inspection due to the finding of supplemental damage.

Ask to see the operation. Most body shops take great pride in their facilities. Ask for a tour of our shop and to see other vehicles undergoing repair. Also, online reviews are an excellent source of referral.

Differences in estimates for repair are common.  A lower estimate may not include all necessary work to complete the repair properly. Never hesitate to call and ask if why one estimate may differ from another.

Let us help negotiate your claim. We work closely with all insurance companies representing you and your vehicle. Our goal is to make sure your vehicle is repaired properly. We always ask for OEM factory parts whenever possible.
